Rest assured that when the status above indicates that our system is experiencing issues, this is an indication that we are not only aware of the problem but are also working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the event that some issue is preventing your store's checkout from loading, please know that we have internal tools built to temporarily switch your store's settings back to utilizing the native BigCommerce Optimized One-Page Checkout. While this internal functionality will only be used in extreme cases where downtime is expected to last more than a few minutes, you may manually perform this action within your BigCommerce store by following the Turn Off the Ebizo Checkout instructions within our support content. Please note that if you manually turn off the Ebizio Checkout you will need to also manually re-enable it once our systems are back to being fully operational.
