Working with Us / Reporting

Throughout this Monthly Managed Plan, you will have access to our Client Portal. This Portal will give you insights into the progress on your project, down to due dates of particular tasks, invoice receipts, monthly overviews, and more. You will also be working directly with the people working on your site, as we do not outsource work, and are available in the office Monday-Friday with direct phone lines. In addition to the insight you will have access to in the portal, we will give you a monthly update on progress, as well as full reports at the 90 and 180 days marks of your project. We are proud of the work we do, and want to be as transparent and forthcoming as possible about progress to facilitate a great relationship with your business!

Additional Development and Functionality

Many clients on Monthly Managed Service Plans for SEO and Marketing will also experience the need, from time to time, to add custom functionality or features to their BigCommerce sites. We are happy to work with you to identify and scope these issues! However, most of that work will be handled on a case-by-case basis with our Development Department. They are the true experts when it comes to creating custom functionality on your BigCommerce site that requires use of the API, advanced jQuery/Javascript/Ajax, or integrating with external systems, so adding additional development to the scope will need to be scheduled with that team and purchased separately.
