Please reference the system status and message above for the most up to date information on the current state of our system. Rest assured that when the status above indicates that our system is experiencing issues, this is an indication that we are not only aware of the problem but are also working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the event that some issue is preventing your store's checkout from loading, please know that we have internal tools built to temporarily switch your store's checkout settings to utilizing a backup script path. This internal functionality will only be used in extreme cases where downtime is expected to last more than a few minutes.
While our internal tooling will allow your store's checkout to load with all modules working properly, you may manually perform a similar action within your BigCommerce store by following the Turn Off the Ebizo Checkout instructions within our support content. These instructions will help you revert your store to using the native BigCommerce Optimized One-Page Checkout so orders may be placed but no Ebizio Checkout modules will be active or working. Please note that if you manually turn off the Ebizio Checkout by following these instructions you will also need to manually re-enable it once our systems are back to being fully operational.
