Where it All Started
IntuitSolutions was founded in Philadelphia, PA, where our main office remains today. From the beginning, we built the company around technical expertise, hands-on service, and helping businesses navigate an increasingly digital world.
Beginning with web hosting and technical services, we establish the technical foundation that would soon lead us into ecommerce.

2003
Finding Our Focus in Ecommerce
As ecommerce grew, so did the technical needs of our clients. IntuitSolutions became a licensed hosting reseller and service provider for StoreSense, expanding our capabilities across ecommerce development, design, technical support, and the infrastructure businesses needed to sell online.
As ecommerce technology evolved, we worked hands-on with many of the platforms shaping the industry, including ProStores, Magento, Miva Merchant, CubeCart, Zen Cart, and others.

We weren't simply adding platforms to a services list. We were learning what each did well, where merchants encountered limitations, and which technologies gave businesses the strongest foundation for growth.
Early 2010s
Choosing to Specialize in BigCommerce
After working with and evaluating numerous ecommerce platforms, BigCommerce stood out for its open APIs, extensibility, product direction, and commitment to ecommerce.
We became an official BigCommerce Elite partner, and started one of the longest standing agency partnerships that continues today.
2020s
Deepening Our BigCommerce Expertise
Years of specialization allowed us to take on increasingly complex BigCommerce projects, from enterprise migrations and B2B implementations to ERP integrations, custom applications, checkout development, and highly customized ecommerce experiences.
Along the way, IntuitSolutions became a BigCommerce Elite Partner, BigDev Certified Agency, and BigCommerce B2B Specialized agency.
But the goal remained the same: know the platform deeply enough to help our clients get more from it.

If you’re here thinking Intuit Solutions is going to file your taxes, stop right there. These are the cool Intuit people — the ones who make websites so clean, fast, and beautiful that your accountant will want to quit their job and start an e-commerce brand just to use them. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Unless you were hoping they’d do your taxes — in that case, wrong Intuit.
